I purchased my rugs from Richard Kirishian Rugs in Spokane WA. I like their sales site and selection. When I needed personnel service in the form of questions I was able to pick up the phone and find someone to talk with that to get information from. I like that they service what they sell. Now that's not easy!

I was so happy when we need non-slip rug pads we could just call the RugSpa #800 number and order them over the phone or online without any additional delivery charges and they arrived direct to our doorstep pre-cut and ready fitted. It saved me from picking up and cutting them myself.

My wool rugs were having difficulty laying flat on my wall to wall carpeting. I knew of a product called No-Muv Stabilizer for underneath rugs. RugSpa provided it direct to my home by FedEx without costing anymore than purchasing it locally.

The rug/package arrived today as advertised and the tracking system worked perfectly. It is all I could do to keep the package intact but we will be moving back into our house by the end of September so we feel like two kids awaiting the arrival of 25 December.
