At the Richard Kirishian Oriental Rug Company we believe in being advisor first, dealer second. Unanswered questions should not be allowed to prevent you from the pleasure of owning your own family legacy. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed with our Risk-Free 2-Week Trial. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within two weeks and we will refund the full purchase price. Please Note: It can take up to 72 business hours for a credit to appear or 7-10 day to receive a refund check.

Clearance Items, personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. Only a handful of our rug suppliers have a 15% restocking fee. When you are ordering we will inform you how this can be done.

Shipping costs on all returns going back to the Kirishian Rugs warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages or packages not returned to the address below may result in a 20% service fee. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please DO NOT apply tape to the actual rug(s) or fold the rug(s). Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. No refunds will be given after two weeks. *

    Returning a Rug is as Easy as 1-2-3 (US Customers Only)

  1. Call us toll-free at 1-800-624-7847 or email us at for your Return Authorization Numbers, RA#.
  2. Wrap the rug(s) securely in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package.
  3. Use the carrier of your choice to return the package(s) to the address below unless you are instructed otherwise.

All hand-knotted, imported Oriental Rugs are backed by a 10-year warranty against all workmanship and manufacturing defects.

The Richard Kirishian Oriental Rug Company guarantees you the highest quality service and workmanship available, at competitive rates. You have our word on it. Our family name depends on it.
